An ordinance establishing and <br />fixing the compensation for the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-190 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />and the entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and <br />fixing the compensation for the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-194 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of <br />public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active <br />and interim account of the city as amended. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids from licensed electrical contractors for basic electrical <br />services to meet the various needs of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing <br />the Mayor, upon approval by the Board of Control, to execute a contract with the lowest <br />and best bidder for said services. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-196 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to request proposals from land <br />appraisal firms for land appraisal services for the new Fire Station No. 2 project, further <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a <br />contract with the land appraisal firm selected in the RFP process, and declaring an <br />emergency.
