Ordinance No. 2004-189 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial and the entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-190 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial and the entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-194 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and interim account of the city as amended. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids from licensed electrical contractors for basic electrical services to meet the various needs of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor, upon approval by the Board of Control, to execute a contract with the lowest and best bidder for said services. Ordinance No. 2004-196 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to request proposals from land appraisal firms for land appraisal services for the new Fire Station No. 2 project, further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the land appraisal firm selected in the RFP process, and declaring an emergency.
