Council Minutes of 12/7/2004 Ordinance No. 2004-185 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Sections 143.01 and 153.01 of the Administrative Code for the purpose of assigning the part-time duties of Civil Service Commission secretary to the full-time clerical staff of the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services. Resolution No. 2004-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining agreement with the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association ("OPBA"), for the city's emergency central dispatchers, for the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2006, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Kasler moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-132 adopted. Ordinance No. 2004-186 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2005. Ordinance No. 2004-187 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004. Ordinance No. 2004-188 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial and the entire Council. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-189 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial and the entire Council. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-190 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial and the entire Council. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency. 12
