Council Minutes of 11/3/2004 <br />is represented in Ordinance 2004-175. He would particularly like to mention the <br />,, committee members, the Law Director and the Westlife editorial which indicated the <br />need for a bit more latitude for the manager of the facility. Roll call continued: Nashar, <br />yes; Dailey, yes; Gareau, yes; Kasler, yes; Limpert, yes, with comment that he thinks the <br />committee process worked on this issue. Roll call continued: McKay, yes. The motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-155 tabled. <br />,, <br />Ordinance No. 2004-157 introduced by Councilman Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, authorizing a <br />cooperation agreement between the MUNICIPALITY and the COUNTY in the matter of <br />the hereinafter described improvement (Clague Road (CR-52) from Interstate I-480 to <br />Lorain Road), and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-158 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for <br />current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2004. Councilwoman Kasler moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been heard in committee on two <br />occasions. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Councilwoman Kasler moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-158 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-160 introduced by Councilman McKay on behalf of the entire <br />Council and Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the <br />year 2005, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2004-163 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into a cancellation and termination of lease agreement with the Board of <br />Trustees of Horizon Activities Center for the purpose of terminating the lease of the city's <br />real property at 26272 Butternut Ridge Road, formerly used by Horizon Activities Center <br />as an early intervention center for disabled children, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Dailey moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted <br />the legislation had been through committee and was reported out this evening. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Dailey moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and <br />passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-163 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-167 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of the entire <br />Council and Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with Sports Venue Advertising, Inc., for the purpose of <br />selling advertisement space on the dasherboards, walls, and other locations at the <br />Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Dailey moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been through <br />11 <br /> <br />
