Council Minutes of 9/21/2004 Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-137 adopted. Ordinance No. 2004-138 introduced by Councilman Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the Local Public Agency (LPA), in the matter of the stated described project (Improvement of Great Northern Boulevard from Butternut Ridge Road to Country Club Boulevard), and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-139 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending range of compensation rates for existing positions in the Department of Human Resources for the years 2044 and 2005; and otherwise re-stating the compensation rate ranges for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 and 2005, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-142 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with Fairview Home Improvement Company, for the purpose of removing and replacing the roof of the Senior Center, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-143 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2005 for parking area improvements at the North Olmsted Multi-Service Senior Center, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-144 introduced by Councilman Limpert was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal yeaz 2005 for the exterior maintenance grarrt program, and declaring an emergency.
