Council Minutes of 9/21/2004 <br />Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Kasler moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-137 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-138 introduced by Councilman Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the Local Public Agency (LPA), in the <br />matter of the stated described project (Improvement of Great Northern Boulevard from <br />Butternut Ridge Road to Country Club Boulevard), and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-139 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance amending range of compensation rates for <br />existing positions in the Department of Human Resources for the years 2044 and 2005; <br />and otherwise re-stating the compensation rate ranges for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel for the years 2004 and 2005, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2004-142 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with Fairview Home Improvement <br />Company, for the purpose of removing and replacing the roof of the Senior Center, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2004-143 introduced by Councilman Limpert on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the <br />Department of Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2005 for parking <br />area improvements at the North Olmsted Multi-Service Senior Center, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2004-144 introduced by Councilman Limpert was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of <br />Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal yeaz 2005 for the exterior <br />maintenance grarrt program, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-i45 introduced by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Sections 163.05 and 163.06 of <br />Chapter 163 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Human Resources" for <br />the purpose of describing the positions of "Outreach Worker" and "Activities <br />Coordinator," respectively, within the organizational chart for the Division of Aging. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-146 introduced by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial <br />and the entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to request proposals from professional architects for design <br />services for the City Hall revampment project, to include the City Hall entrance, lobby, <br />and ADA parking and accessibility route, further authorizing the Mayor, following <br />16 <br />_. <br />i <br />
