Council Minutes of 9/'7/20114 Resolution No. 2004-141 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashar on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an application for State of Ohio Issue 2 funding for Clague Road reconstruction from I-480 to Lorain Road and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an ageement with Fairview Home Improvement Company, for the purpose of removing and replacing the roof of the Senior Center, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-143 was irnroduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Limpert. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2005 for parking area improvements at the North Olmsted Multi-Service Senior Center, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-144 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Limpert. A resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Planning to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2005 for the exterior maintenance grant program, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-145 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Kasler on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance creating new Sections 163.OS and 163.06 of Chapter 163 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of 1'•iuman Resources" for the purpose of describing the positions of "Outreach Worker" and "Activities Coordinator," respectively, within the organizational chart for the Division of Aging. Ordinance No. 2004-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Dailey on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to request proposals from professional architects for design services for the City Hall revampment project, to include the City Hall entrance, lobby, and ADA parking and accessibility route, further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the architectural firm selected in the RFP process, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSII~TESS Councilman Nashar said that the City Engineer had suggested that Council put Resolution Nos. 2004-140 and 2004-141 on the special Council meeting agenda as there is a deadline to get the application in for the Issue 2 fund. President O'Grady asked Council if there were any objections, and there were none. 11
