Ordinance No. 2004-43 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-101 introduced by Mayor Musiai was given its second reading A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for a vinyl <br />fence to be installed on property of the new library adjacent to City Hall and NOMBL <br />buildings and further authorizing the Mayor, after Board of Control approval, to execute <br />a contract with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Resolution No. 2004-117 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 2005, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-118 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004 as <br />amended. A resolution expressing opposition to the draft health care preservation plan <br />proposed by Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman McKay moved to table. The motion to table was seconded by Councilman <br />Nashar and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-121 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 2004-123 introduced by Councilman Gareau was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the city, to enter into an <br />agreement with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") for <br />interim referrals and other HUD services. <br />Resolution No. 2004-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. <br />A resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining <br />agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees <br />("AFSCME"), Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 for the city's Service Unit employees, for the <br />period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007 and declaring an emergency.
