Resolution No. 2004-101 introduced by Mayor Musiai was given its second reading A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for a vinyl fence to be installed on property of the new library adjacent to City Hall and NOMBL buildings and further authorizing the Mayor, after Board of Control approval, to execute a contract with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution No. 2004-117 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-118 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004 as amended. A resolution expressing opposition to the draft health care preservation plan proposed by Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved to table. The motion to table was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-121 tabled. Resolution No. 2004-123 introduced by Councilman Gareau was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the city, to enter into an agreement with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") for interim referrals and other HUD services. Resolution No. 2004-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees ("AFSCME"), Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 for the city's Service Unit employees, for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2007 and declaring an emergency.
