Council Minutes of 8/3/2004 open meetings and public records functions arising out of meetings and other `' governmental actions of the various boards and commissions of the city, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-108 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the payment of seven thousand four hundred seventy-one ($7,471.00) dollars to Hughie's Audio Visual for the installation of special lighting for the May 21, 2004 ice show. Resolution No. 2004-109 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the payment of one-thousand forty-nine dollars ($1,049.00) to Joe D's Printing for programs for the May 21, 2004 ice show. Resolution No. 2004-110 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the payment of five thousand one hundred ninety dollars ($5,190.00) to Jeff Marshall for costumes for the May 21, 2004 ice show. Ordinance No. 2004-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by KCHGC, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and designated as Permanent Parcel Number 232-25-035 by Cuyahoga County maps and records, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004. Ordinance No. 2004-119 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Sections 1345.01 and 1345.02 of the Building Code to exclude landscaping features from permit and fencing requirements in Sections 1345.01 and 1345.02 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-120 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Nashar. An ordinance amending Section 351.11 of the Traffic Code to prohibit certain truck parking within residence districts. 11
