These shields will be installed in the factory and are intended to provide <br />a 70 degree cut-off as mandated by ordinances. These changes are shown on the attached <br />ES3 plan. As requested by the Planning Commision, I would like to clarify that the submitted <br />design limits the foot-candle levels along all property lines at Ofoot-candles maximum. <br />Based on a neighbors' request for visual screening along the North property line, we will install <br />aggressively growing ivies, of three distinct varieties, along the chain-link fence that will <br />accomplish the task of screening year around.
