An <br />ordinance amending Sections 143.01 and 143.02, and creating new Section 179.04 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to place the Clerk of <br />Commissions and Assistant Clerk of Commissions under the Department of Planning and <br />to create a new position in the Department of Planning known as Secretary to the <br />Director of Planning, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Councilman Dailey moved for suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings noted the legislation had been reviewed by committee.
