Council Minutes of 4!6/2004 <br />Resolution No. 2004-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for catch basin, <br />manhole, sidewalk, curbing and asphalt pavement repairs at various locations in the City <br />of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor <br />to enter into a comract with the lowest and best bidder for said repairs, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2004-70 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2004-71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. Resolution No. 2004-71 <br />adopted. <br />MLSCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting <br />for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13. The committee will discuss Ordinances 2003-93, 2003- <br />128, 2004-63 and 2004-66. The Planning Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following <br />the BZD Committee on April 13 to discuss Ordinances 2004-60, 2004-61 and Resolution <br />2004-68. The Law Director, Mayor and Service Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting to <br />immediately follow the Finance Committee on April 13 to discuss Ordinance 2004-67. A <br />representative from the Police Department or the Safety Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman McKay, who had been absent at the Council meeting of March 16, recorded <br />his votes as follows: 2004-24, yes; 2004-25, yes; 2004-28, yes; 2004-37 yes on <br />suspension and adoption; 2004-38, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-40, yes on <br />suspension and adoption; 2004-42, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-49, yes on <br />suspension and adoption; 2004-55, yes on suspension and adoption. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Co cil, President O' ad burned the meeting at 10:27 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
