Council Minutes of 4!6/2004 Resolution No. 2004-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and asphalt pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a comract with the lowest and best bidder for said repairs, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. MLSCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Gareau scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13. The committee will discuss Ordinances 2003-93, 2003- 128, 2004-63 and 2004-66. The Planning Director is asked to attend. Councilwoman Kasler scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the BZD Committee on April 13 to discuss Ordinances 2004-60, 2004-61 and Resolution 2004-68. The Law Director, Mayor and Service Director are asked to attend. Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting to immediately follow the Finance Committee on April 13 to discuss Ordinance 2004-67. A representative from the Police Department or the Safety Director is asked to attend. Councilman McKay, who had been absent at the Council meeting of March 16, recorded his votes as follows: 2004-24, yes; 2004-25, yes; 2004-28, yes; 2004-37 yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-38, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-40, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-42, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-49, yes on suspension and adoption; 2004-55, yes on suspension and adoption.
