An <br />ordinance dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor, following approval <br />by the Board of Control, if necessary, to renew the city's agreement with N. E. Del <br />Giudice Architects,. Inc., to serve as back-up plans examiner for the North Olmsted <br />Building Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been reviewed by <br />committee. Ordinance No. 2004-12 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-13 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2002-14 which established the fee <br />schedule for various activities and programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation, in <br />order to increase the fees for participation in the city's Central Playground Program, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Dailey moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings and noted it had been discussed by committee. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilwoman Kasler and passed unanimously. Councilman Dailey moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 2004- l 3 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 200414 introduced by Councilman Dailey was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel Number 231-26-005, 231-26-004 and 231-26- <br />003, located immediately to the north of the former Cupachino's building on the <br />northwest corner of Claque Road and Lorain Road, from One Family Residence to <br />General Retail Business. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-17 introduced by Councilman Gareau was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 111.02 of Chapter 111 of the Administrative Code, <br />entitled "City Contracts" in order to require the city's contractors to disclose information <br />relating to past litigation involving claims by or against the contractor <br />Ordinance No. 2004-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the crediting of all revenues received from <br />emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings in the year 2004, <br />which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," to the <br />General Fund, and declaring an emergency. <br />12 <br /> <br />
