An ordinance dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to renew the city's agreement with N. E. Del Giudice Architects,. Inc., to serve as back-up plans examiner for the North Olmsted Building Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been reviewed by committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-13 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2002-14 which established the fee schedule for various activities and programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation, in order to increase the fees for participation in the city's Central Playground Program, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Dailey moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been discussed by committee. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Kasler and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 200414 introduced by Councilman Dailey was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel Number 231-26-005, 231-26-004 and 231-26- 003, located immediately to the north of the former Cupachino's building on the northwest corner of Claque Road and Lorain Road, from One Family Residence to General Retail Business. Ordinance No. 2004-17 introduced by Councilman Gareau was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 111.02 of Chapter 111 of the Administrative Code, entitled "City Contracts" in order to require the city's contractors to disclose information relating to past litigation involving claims by or against the contractor Ordinance No. 2004-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2004. Ordinance No. 2004-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing and directing the crediting of all revenues received from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings in the year 2004, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," to the General Fund, and declaring an emergency. 12
