Council Minutes of 2/3/2004 <br />unanimously. Councilman Dailey moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-6 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance dispensing with the RFP procedures otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et <br />seq. of the city's Codified Ordinances; authorizing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into a renewal agreement with TAC Computer, Inc., providing for <br />maintenance service for the Police Department's computers and software programs; and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2004-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor, following <br />approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to renew the city's agreement with N. E. <br />Del Giudice Architects, Inc., to serve as back-up plans examiner for the North Olmsted <br />Building Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2002-14 which established the fee <br />schedule for various activities and programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation, in <br />order to increase the fees for participation in the city's Central Playground Program, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2004-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Dailey. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel Number 231-26-005, 231-26-004 and 231-26- <br />003, located immediately to the north of the former Cupachino's building on the <br />northwest corner of Claque Road and Lorain Road, from One Family Residence to <br />General Retail Business. <br />Resolution No. 2004-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter <br />into an agreement with Lake Business Products to purchase a copy machine/service <br />agreement for the Congregate Meal Program operated by the North Olmsted Department <br />of Human Resources, Division of Aging, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee <br />review.
