Council Minutes of 2/3/2004 unanimously. Councilman Dailey moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2004-6 adopted. Ordinance No. 2004-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance dispensing with the RFP procedures otherwise required by Sections 111.03 et seq. of the city's Codified Ordinances; authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a renewal agreement with TAC Computer, Inc., providing for maintenance service for the Police Department's computers and software programs; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2004-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution dispensing with an RFP process and authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to renew the city's agreement with N. E. Del Giudice Architects, Inc., to serve as back-up plans examiner for the North Olmsted Building Department, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2002-14 which established the fee schedule for various activities and programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation, in order to increase the fees for participation in the city's Central Playground Program, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2004-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Dailey. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel Number 231-26-005, 231-26-004 and 231-26- 003, located immediately to the north of the former Cupachino's building on the northwest corner of Claque Road and Lorain Road, from One Family Residence to General Retail Business. Resolution No. 2004-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with Lake Business Products to purchase a copy machine/service agreement for the Congregate Meal Program operated by the North Olmsted Department of Human Resources, Division of Aging, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously.
