Council Minutes of 12/6/2005 Ordinance No. 2005-170 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2006. Ordinance No. 2005-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance moving the Division of Springvale Golf Course from the Department of Public Safety to the Department of Community Life Services, and clarifying the organizational chart for the division. Ordinance No. 2005-172 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Tallon. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals from certified public accountants to provide GAAP conversion services for the preparation and implementation of the 2005 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR); and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the professional selected in the RFP process and approved by the Board of Control. Ordinance No. 2005-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance accepting a traffic signal loop detector maintenance easement on real property owned by Norcar Company, LLC, on Brookpark Road and identified as Permanent Parcel Number 236-OS-001. Ordinance No. 2005-174 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance amending Section 159.03 of Chapter 159 of the Administrative Code (Cultural Activities Commission) for the purpose of changing the length of the terms of members appointed to the said Commission from one year to five years, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2005-175 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Ryan on behalf of himself and Councilmen Orlowski and Barker. A resolution to inform individuals who would like to video broadcast Council meetings that City Council would be receptive to such a procedure. Resolution No. 2005-176 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Ryan on behalf of himself and Councilmen Orlowski and Nashar. A resolution requesting utility companies to try to trim trees in such a way as to fit into their natural setting. Ordinance No. 2005-177 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of amendments to Article V, Sections 4, 5, and 6, and Article VII, Section 3, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted in order to transfer the Division of Parks and Recreation, and the responsibilities for the management of said division, from the Department of Public Safety to the Department of Community Life Services, and declaring an emergency. 14 .~~~~ - .. ~.. k.
