Resolution No. 2005-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-110 introduced by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself, and <br />Councilmen Ryan, Miller and Gareau was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for <br />the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article VII, <br />Section 3 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted to remove the requirement that Council's <br />representative to the Parks and Recreation Commission be a Council Member at Large, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-111 introduced by Councilman Miller on behalf of himself and Councilmen <br />Ryan and Barker was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the <br />electors of the City of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article X, Section 4 of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted so as to provide for recall elections in North Olmsted to proceed in <br />accordance with state law recall procedure, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-112 introduced by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself and <br />Councilmen Ryan and Miller was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the <br />submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article VII, Section <br />5 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted providing for the Director of Law to be a non- <br />voting member of the Board of Control, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-113 introduced by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself and <br />Councilmen Ryan and Miller was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the <br />submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article VI, Section 4 <br />of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted authorizing the Civil Service Commission to adopt <br />local rules and regulations relating to the classified service of the city that vary from state Civil <br />Service law, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-114 introduced by Councilman Miller on behalf of the entire Council was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City <br />of North Olmsted of an amendment to Article II of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted <br />providing that duties and procedural requirements generally imposed by state law upon <br />municipal corporations, to the extent that home rule authority permits, shall not be binding upon <br />or applicable to the City of North Olmsted, unless expressly provided for in the City Charter or <br />by city ordinance, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-115 introduced by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself and <br />Councilmen Ryan and Miller was given its second reading.
