Council Minutes of 6/21/2()05 <br />Ordinance No. 2005-75 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 97-74 in order to differently designate revenues <br />derived from leases and subleases of city-owned properties for telecommunication <br />facilities, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2005-89 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance enacting new Chapter 162 entitled "Travel Expenses" and repealing Section <br />161.06 of the Codified Ordinances, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Miller <br />made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Councilman Miller moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 2005-89 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2005-91 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to file an application for a fiscal year 2005 <br />Homeland Security Grant, further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, <br />and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate receipt of the grant, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-92 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Landmarks Commission to apply to the Ohio Historic <br />Preservation Office for Certified Local Government status through the Ohio CLG <br />Program. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-94 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2005. <br />Councilman Tallon made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review and noted the transfers had been discussed in the Finance <br />Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Tallon moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-94 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 1138 (Senior Residence District) of <br />the North Olmsted Zoning Code in order to clarify and update development regulations <br />for the Senior Residence District. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2004-63 in order to authorize annual <br />contract amount increases not to exceed ten percent per year for the- Building <br />Department's ICES/ICES Mobile annual maintenance contract with Compuhensive <br />Business Solutions, Inc., and declaring an emergency. Councilman Tallon moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review, and the motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Gareau. The motion passed with six yes votes and one no <br />vote by Councilman Ryan. Councilman Tallon moved for adoption, and the motion was <br />16 <br />
