Council Minutes of 5/4/2005 <br />basin, manhole, sidewalk curbing and concrete pavement repairs at various locations in <br />the North Park Estates subdivision in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the <br />lowest and best bidder for said repairs, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for catch <br />basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing, concrete step and concrete pavement repairs at <br />various locations in the Sandy Ridge Subdivision, Senior Citizens Center and Police <br />Department in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file, further <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for said <br />repairs, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-68 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of stone for various Service Department needs, as per specifications on file in his <br />office, and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval by the Board of Control, if <br />necessary to enter into a contract for same and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 <br />tons of asphalt and tack coating for various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval by the <br />Board of Control, if necessary, to enter into a contract for same and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Dailey. An ordinance prohibiting pesticide spraying for the West Nile Virus (WNV) in <br />the City of North Olmsted at this time and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />transportation and disposal of bio-solids from the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and <br />authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval by the Board of Control, if necessary, to enter <br />into a contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 21105-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a renewed one-year service contract with <br />Stephen Campbell & Associates, Inc., for maintenance of the 32 channel optical <br />recording equipment used by the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to purchase one front end loader <br />through the State Purchase Program; further authorizing the Mayor to execute a purchase <br />agreement with West Shore New Holland, Inc., and declaring an emergency. <br />14 <br />
