The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-40 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-41 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to a sublease between AT&T Wireless PCS, <br />Inc., (AKA New Cingulaz Wireless Services, Inc.) and Cleveland PCS Realty, LLC dba <br />Northcoast PCS, providing for Northcoast PCS to collocate on the monopole at Claque <br />Pazk, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gazeau moved for suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dailey and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Gazeau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Dailey and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-41 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-42 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to a sublease between AT&T Wireless PCS, <br />Inc., (AKA New Cingulaz Wireless Services, Inc.) and FiberTower Corporation, <br />providing for FiberTower Corporation to collocate on the monapole at Claque Park, and <br />declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2005-42 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2005-43 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids to provide <br />design-build services for renovation of the main entrance at the North Olmsted Multi- <br />purpose Senior Center and declaring an emergency. Councilman Dailey moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted the legislation had been <br />reviewed by committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashaz and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Dailey moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2005-43 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2005-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br />of a contract to provide new pavement markings to various streets at various locations in <br />the city as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Boazd of Control, if necessary, to <br />contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $500,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving a Fire Station, providing fire <br />apparatus and equipment to be housed therein and acquiring, preparing and otherwise <br />improving real estate and interest therein for its site. Finance Committee Chairperson <br />Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />14 <br />
