• Council Minutes of 4/19/2005 <br />Ordinance No. 2005-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $2,055,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with the Director of <br />Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, replacing <br />sections of concrete pavement, preparing the surface, resurfacing and constructing and <br />reconstructing sidewalks, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler <br />noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $325,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of <br />acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out functions of the <br />Department of Public Service. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in <br />receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-48 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $250,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and equipping the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern Pump Stations. Finance <br />Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $158,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of <br />improving the city's park and recreational facilities by preparing the surface and surfacing <br />and resurfacing the access road and parking areas at Narth Olmsted Park and improving <br />and equipping the tennis and skating facilities of the Recreation Center. Finance <br />Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $155,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of <br />acquiring and installing computers and related equipment and software. Finance <br />Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $47,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of <br />improving and equipping the City Hall.
