• Council Minutes of 4/19/2005 Ordinance No. 2005-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,055,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, replacing sections of concrete pavement, preparing the surface, resurfacing and constructing and reconstructing sidewalks, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance No. 2005-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $325,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance No. 2005-48 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $250,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne and Le Bern Pump Stations. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance No. 2005-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $158,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving the city's park and recreational facilities by preparing the surface and surfacing and resurfacing the access road and parking areas at Narth Olmsted Park and improving and equipping the tennis and skating facilities of the Recreation Center. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance No. 2005-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $155,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring and installing computers and related equipment and software. Finance Committee Chairperson Kasler noted she was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance No. 2005-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $47,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving and equipping the City Hall.
