Ordinance No. 2005-34 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a renewed <br />service contract with B&C Communications, Inc. to maintain base radios and console as <br />well as mobile in-car radios for the Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a renewed <br />service contract with Buckeye Power Sales to maintain numerous emergency generators <br />owned by the City of North Olmsted's Waste Water Systems Department, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau. A resolution accepting a Fair Housing Capacity Building Grant from the U. S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into a cooperative agreement with HUD providing for the receipt and expenditure <br />of funds from said grant, and declaring an emergency. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Law to apply to Cleveland State University for a <br />federal work-study award for payment of a portion of the compensation of the city's law <br />clerks for the period 2005-2006, authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with <br />Cleveland State University regarding the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2004-138, entitled "Preliminary Legislation," in <br />order to revise the project description for an improvement to Great Northern Boulevard <br />(SR-252) within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A <br />final resolution approving the estimate by the Director of the Ohio Department of <br />Transportation (ODOT) of the city's share of the cost of the pavement surface treatment <br />improvement to Great Northern Boulevard (State Route 252) from Al Moen Drive to the <br />south corporation line, in the amount of $89,082.00 for the project, and requesting that <br />the Director of ODOT proceed with the improvement; and further authorizing the Mayor <br />to enter into an escrow agreement for highway improvement and contract with the State <br /> <br />17 <br />r <br />
