<br />Council Minutes 4/5/2005 <br />of Ohio providing for the payment of the city's share of the cost of the improvement, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to a sublease between AT&T Wireless <br />PCS, Inc., (AKA New Cingular Wireless Services, Inc.) and Cleveland PCS Realty, LLC <br />dba Northcoast PCS, providing for Northcoast PCS to collocate on the monopole at <br />Clague Park, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2005-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to consent to a sublease between AT&T Wireless <br />PCS, Inc., (AKA New Cingular Wireless Services, Inc.) and Fib~rTower Corporation, <br />providing for FiberTower Corporation to collocate on the monopole at Clague Park, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 2005-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids to provide <br />design-build services for renovation of the main entrance at the North Olmsted Multi- <br />purpose Senior Center and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />President Pro Tem Gareau assigned Ordinance 2005-35 to the Public Safety Committee; <br />Ordinance 2005-36 to Environmental Control Committee; Resolution 2005-38 to Finance <br />Committee; Ordinances 2005-39 and 2005-40 to Streets & Transportation Committee; <br />Ordinance 2005-41 and 2005-42 and Resolution 2005-43 to the Recreation Committee. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee meeting for <br />6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, to discuss the appointment of a director and to interview <br />applicants for boards and commission appointments. Safety Director Jesse and the <br />applicants are invited to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee on April 12. The <br />committee will discuss Ordinance 2005-35. Safety Director Jesse is asked to attend. He <br />requested that the Clerk ask Mr. Jesse to verify the accuracy e,f the amounts on the <br />exhibit. Also, Mr. Jesse should explain why the effective date of the contract is April 1. <br />Council has asked that contracts be submitted before the start date. <br />Mayor O'Grady asked that Council, while discussing Ordinances 2005-35 and 2005-36, <br />to reconsider the limit that is placed upon what can be approved by the Mayor. For <br />example, if the amount was moved to a $5,000 limit, it may be reduce the work load on <br />Council and return some of the authority to the administration. <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />
