Council Minutes of 9/19/2006 <br />seconded by Councilman Miller and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2006-159 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 2006-160 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Community Life Services to advertise for bids <br />for cleaning services at the Recreation Center and for restrooms only at North Olmsted <br />Pazk and Barton/Bradley Park, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for <br />said cleaning services with the lowest and best bidder, subject to approval by the Board <br />of Control. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-161 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Orlowski. An ordinance creating. new Section 763.03 of Chapter 763 (Retail Business <br />Regulations) of the Business Regulation Code in order to regulate the storage of snow/ice <br />removal equipment on commercial, business retail, mixed used and multi-family <br />properties. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Gareau on behalf of himself and Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance amending Chapter 1118 <br />of the Zoning Code in order to update and change the procedure for granting and <br />revoking conditional use permits. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-163 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Director of Law to settle a lawsuit with the Shelly <br />Company in exchange for dismissal, with prejudice, of court action against the city and <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute a release and settlement agreement, and declaring an <br />emergency. Council Member Dailey Janes moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Gareau and passed unanimously. Dennis Lambert, 25057 Cazey Lane, asked how much <br />the settlement would cost. Law Director Dubelko said $30,000. Council Member Dailey <br />Jones moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gazeau and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2006-163 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Pazcel Numbers 233-06-001, 233-06-002, 233-06-003, <br />233-06-004, 233-06-005, 233-06-006, 233-06-007, 233-06-008, 233-06-009, 233-06-010, <br />233-06-011, 233-06-012, 233-06-015, 233-06-016, 233-06-017, 233-06-018, 233-06-019, <br />233-06-020, 233-06-021, 233-07-002, 233-07-003, 233-07-009, 233-07-025, 233-07-028, <br />234-OS-004, and 234-06-006, located in the Barton-Bradley Roads azea, from their <br />respective current zoning classifications of Limited Industrial, Mined Use, Single Family <br />Residence and/or Multiple Residence, some of which are split-zoned, to the new <br />Residential Office District classification. <br />C <br />11 <br />
