Council Minutes of 4/4/06 <br />Ordinance No. 2006-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2006. <br />NIISCELIGANEQUS BUS~I+~ESS <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on April 11 to <br />discuss Ordinance 2006-79 and the Exit 2 Storage site plan approval. He will not be <br />participating in the discussion/deliberation of Exit 2 proposal based upon an <br />attorney/client relationship with Mr. Schmidt. For the purpose of scheduling it, he would <br />request the Planning Director be present together with a representative from the Building <br />Department. <br />Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the <br />BZD Committee on April 11. The topics will be Ordinances 2006-80, 2006-82 and <br />Resolution 2006-73. The Finance Director and Mayor are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting <br />immediately following the Finance Committee on April 11. The committee will discuss <br />Resolution 2006-65 if Mrs. Copfer can get information and Ordinance 2005-158. A <br />Chamber of Commerce representative and the Safety Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting to discuss Resolution <br />2005-188 following the Public Safety Committee on April 11. The Service Director, <br />Law Director and Mayor are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled a meeting of the Cable Advisory Committee immediately <br />following the Recreation Committee on April 11 to discuss the pending changes <br />regarding the WOW transfer to Avista. The Law Director is asked to attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:50 p.m. <br />arbara L.
