Council Minutes of 4/4/06 Ordinance No. 2006-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2006. NIISCELIGANEQUS BUS~I+~ESS Councilman Gareau scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on April 11 to discuss Ordinance 2006-79 and the Exit 2 Storage site plan approval. He will not be participating in the discussion/deliberation of Exit 2 proposal based upon an attorney/client relationship with Mr. Schmidt. For the purpose of scheduling it, he would request the Planning Director be present together with a representative from the Building Department. Councilman Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee meeting immediately following the BZD Committee on April 11. The topics will be Ordinances 2006-80, 2006-82 and Resolution 2006-73. The Finance Director and Mayor are asked to attend. Councilman Orlowski scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting immediately following the Finance Committee on April 11. The committee will discuss Resolution 2006-65 if Mrs. Copfer can get information and Ordinance 2005-158. A Chamber of Commerce representative and the Safety Director are asked to attend. Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting to discuss Resolution 2005-188 following the Public Safety Committee on April 11. The Service Director, Law Director and Mayor are asked to attend. Councilman Miller scheduled a meeting of the Cable Advisory Committee immediately following the Recreation Committee on April 11 to discuss the pending changes regarding the WOW transfer to Avista. The Law Director is asked to attend. With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:50 p.m. arbara L.
