Council Minutes of 2/7/2007 <br />Resolution No. 2007-2 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the City of North Olmsted, Ohio to become a member of, adopting <br />the Code of Regulations of, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into the Membership <br />Agreement, the Master Services and Consulting Agreement, and the Master Products <br />Agreement with, the Northeast Ohio Sourcing Office. <br />Resolution No. 2007-3 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted as a member of <br />the Northeast Ohio Sourcing Office, to enter into a contract with Automotive Distributors <br />Co., Inc. <br />Resolution No. 2007-4 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the city to conditionally donate a grave lot at Butternut Ridge <br />Cemetery or Coe Cemetery to Kacirek Funeral Homes, Inc. for the purpose of interring <br />the cremated remains of forty (40) persons unclaimed by their next of kin, and waiving <br />fees and certain other restrictions of Chapter 943 of the Streets, Utilities and Public <br />Services Code. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-8 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sections 172.01 and 172.02 of Chapter 172 of the Administrative <br />Code, entitled "Tax Incentive Review Council," in order to bring the sections into <br />compliance with State law, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance providing far the issuance and sale of $1,410,000 of notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the <br />City, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio and <br />Cuyahoga County and otherwise, by grading, draining, constructing, reconstructing and <br />rehabilitating the pavement base, curbs and sidewalks and adjusting, rehabilitating and <br />reconstructing catch basins, manholes and water valve boxes, where necessary, preparing <br />the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Finance Committee chairperson Talton noted <br />that he was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 2007-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 of notes, in anticipation of <br />the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and installing telecommunications <br />equipment and related software and appurtenances. Finance Committee chairperson <br />Talton noted that he was in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Resolution No. 2007-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor O'Grady. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Maxim Health Systems, <br />LLC, for the administration of influenza and pneumonia vaccines at the North Olmsted <br />Senior Center. <br />18 <br />~~ <br />
