Council Minutes of 1/15/2008 order to create a "Do Not Knock Registry" and to update various other provisions of this Chapter of the Business Regulation Code, as amended. Resolution No. 2007-149 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into one-year renewal contracts with TAC Computer Inc. in order to provide for maintenance and repair services to various computer hazdwaze and software at the Police Department, and for membership in the Ohio Law Enforcement Network, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Gareau moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings and noted it had been reviewed in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 2007-151 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 2007-153 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. A resolution adopting the digital map created by the City Engineer as the official zoning map of the City of North Olmsted. A resolution authorizing the Director of Community Life Services to make application to the Ohio Historical Society for an Ohio Historical Markers Program Grant, and for the Mayor to accept the grant if awarded and to accept any other donations made from any other persons and/or organizations, all for the purpose of placing a historical marker at Springvale Golf Course, commemorating the air flights and crash of James H. "Jimmie" Doolittle over Springvale in 1929 and 1932. 11
