Annually Annually Annually Annually Annually Annually 25/hr. which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. C. That the organization of the Fire Department shall consist of not less than twenty (20) nor more than twenty-eight (28) sworn full-time employees who are Certified Paramedics; and that effective September 1, 1980 and thereafter, any sworn full-time employee shall, while on duty as a Certified Paramedic, be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 annually for all time spent as a Fireman/Paramedic, such sompensation to be paid by the Director of Finance on December 15th of each year. D. One (1) of the above officers, other than the Chief, shall be assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau as Fire Prevention Officer/ Inspector and shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $450.00 annually for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau. E. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, all full- time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service with the City, shall be paid an additional four percent (4~) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of the tenth (10th) year of continuous full-time service, after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service; and thereafter six percent (60) of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service; and during each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (70) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. F. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part- time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. G. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their appointment, receive Three }hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of Three ~~undred Seventy- Five Dollars ($375.00). Said allowance shall be controlled by the Chief, however, any employee may purchase regulation clothing and be reimbursed upon presentation of a satisfactory receipt. H. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire Department excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked, or was not required to work for reasons other than holiday leave. The
