C. Any sworn full-time employee shall, while on duty as a certified Paramedic, be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 annually for all time spent as Fireman/Paramedic. Only those employees employed as of August 1,1980,sha11 qualify for Paramedic Pay and includes those employees currently or expected to be in training. Each employee in training shall receive Paramedic pay prorated on the basis of 1/12 of $400.00 for the full months of service as a certified Paramedic. other than tie Chief o A sist nt Chief, D. One (1) of the above officers,/shall be assigned to tie ire preven- tion Bureau as Fire Prevention Officer/Inspector and shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $450.00 annually for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention Bureau. E. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all full- time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service, with the City, shall be paid an additional four percent (40) of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth (10th) year of continuous full-time service, after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) of their base annual salary, there- after until the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full- time service, and thereafter six percent (60) of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service, and dux•ing each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive seven percent (70) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. F. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not de- prive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. G. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increase, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including of- ficers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their appointment receive Three Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.00) clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00). Said allowance shall be controlled by the Chief, however, any employee may purchase regula- tion clothing and be reimbursed upon presentation of a satisfactory receipt. H. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire Department, excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled to certain holi- days during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked, or was not re- quired to work for reasons other than holiday leave. The scheduled holi- days are as follows: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Inde- pendence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; Veteran's Day; the employee's birthday; and the employee's personal use day. I. That all full-time employees of the Fire Department shall be en- titled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule:
