(E) Additional sign areas shall be permitted as follows: 1. Directional signs, of permanent construction indicating tra is routes within parking areas or driveways, and similar functions, shall be permitted in addition to the above limitations if each sign does not exceed four (4) square feet in area. 2. Additional signs shall only be used on the building side facing the second street or on the portion of the same lot on the second street. 4. Temporary business signs - In the event of a new business or use, a lat or wall sign not exceeding forty (40) square feet in size may be attached to the building for a period of time not more than thirty (30) days beyond the installation of its permanent signs, or ninety (90)
