<br />4. Provide Corrtractor with access, at reasonable times, ta office equipment and <br />supplies at the Recreation Complex, as needed to perform his duties and <br />responsibilities under this Contract. <br />5. Provide for and/or reimburse Contractor for expenses reasonably incurred by <br />Contractor for equipment and materials purchased by Contractor in connection with <br />his duties as Coordinator Ice Skating, but only if Contractor receives prior approval <br />of City for such expenditures. <br />6. Maintain the arena and equipment in a safe and working condition. <br />7. Keep in full force and effect a general liability insurance policy with reasonable <br />limits as determined by the City and covering all injury and property damage which <br />may occur at the Recreation Complex as a result of negligence in the administration <br />of the programs and classes of Contractor at the Recreation Complex as Coordinator <br />of Ice Skating. <br />Section III <br />Payments and Reimbursements <br />The City agrees to pay Corrtractor the following amourrts for services rendered pursuant to <br />this Cornract: <br />(a) For the Learn to Skate Program, the City agrees to pay Contractor an amount that is <br />based upon the monies collected by the City in the registration of students for a session of the Learn <br />to Skate program, as follows: <br />$1.00 per student, per lesson, for the first 1-200 students enrolled in a session; <br />$1.25 per student, per lesson, for the next 201-300 students enrolled in a session; <br />$1.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 301400 students enrolled in a session; <br />$2.00 per student, per lesson, for the next 401-500 students enrolled in a session; <br />$2.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 501-600 students enrolled in a session; <br />$3.00 per student, per lesson, for the next 601-700 studeirts enrolled in a session; <br />$3.50 per student, per lesson, for the next 701-800 students enrolled in a session; <br />_ $4.00 per student, per lesson, for the next 801 or more students enrolled in a session. <br />The City sha11 pay to Contractor the sum owed to him for a session no later than fourteen (14) <br />business days following the closing of registration of that session. <br />3
