This pertains only to temporary transfers between Divisions, i.e., Fleet Maintenance, Wastewater Treatment Plant. ARTICLE 21 -VACATIONS Secfion 1. However, so fong as an employee uses at leasf five (5) uninterrupted days of vacation each year, the employee shall be permitfed with prior approval to carry over or to sell back any amount of vacafion which does not exceed the arnouni earned in the prior year. Employees shall have an option to use up to one week of accumulated vacation tirne in % day increments.
