This pertains only to temporary transfers between Divisions, i.e., Fleet Maintenance, Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant. <br />ARTICLE 21 -VACATIONS <br />Secfion 1. Regular full-fime employees hired prior fo .lufy 1,1995 sha[I be granted vacafion leave with full <br />pay as provided below. However, vacation carry-over is (imited as sef forth in Section 2 below. An employee sha11 become eligible for vacation leave on his anniversary date and vacafion <br />leave shail be taken by the employee within twelve (12) months thereafter. However, so fong as an <br />employee uses at leasf five (5) uninterrupted days of vacation each year, the employee shall be permitfed <br />with prior approval to carry over or to sell back any amount of vacafion which does not exceed the arnouni <br />earned in the prior year. Employees shall have an option to use up to one week of accumulated vacation <br />tirne in % day increments.
