ExHtBIT B-S CQNTlNUED MAINTENANCE <br />MECiiANIC <br />Employees within the job classificafion Maintenance Mechanic, should have skill and the abi(ity ta work <br />from sketches or biueprints and the abiiity to understand and effectively carry out oral and written <br />instructions. <br />Employees within the jab cfassifiication Maintenance Mechanic, shall have the ability to maintain <br />effective working relationships with other emplayees and the general public. . <br />Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall be skilied in #he use and operafion <br />of bench and hand tools; machines and equipment of the mechanical trades. <br />Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall have a mechanical aptitude and <br />good general inteliigence. <br />Employees within fihe job cfassificatian Maintenance Mechanic, shall have experience in mechanical <br />repair work with machinery, equipment, and apparatus relating to the area of assignment. <br />Employees within the job classification Naintenance Mechanic, shall perForm other dufies as as.signed, <br />within the generaf character and scope of the job duties described within this Exhibit. <br />'Employees within the job classification Maintenance Mechanic, shall have experience in mechanical <br />repair work with machinery, aquipment and apparatus relating to fhe area of assignment; graduation <br />from a standard high school or vocafional school including ar suppfemented by approved course work in <br />shop practices or one of the trades. <br />53
