Afl bargaining unit employees who are not members of the Union shall pay a fair share fiee to the Union in the amount csrtified by the Union as being praperfy chargeabie as a fair share fee. The deduction of the Fairshare frorn any earnings of the empfoyee shali be automafic and does not require a written aufhorization for payroll deduction. The City shalf provide the Union four (4) Bulletin Boards; One (1) in the Wastewater Treatment Plant; One (1) in the Service Garaoe Lunchroom, One (1) in the Systems Office and One (1) in the Service Department Lunchrflom, for notices af Union Susiness providing notices of Union meefings, elecfions and other Union related matters. All notices or other material posted must be signed and dated by a Union Officer or Steward.
