Knowledge of payroll procedures and <br />employee fime records. Knowiedge of general office procedures. Knowledge of assigned departmental policies <br />and procedures. Ability to communicate effecfively and exercise professional telephone etiquette. Ability to <br />operafe standard office equipment, incfuding computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access), and ather software <br />programs, Ability to work independently wifh minimum supervision. Ability ta handle highiy confidential <br />information in a responsible manner, and to deal effectively with pubiic and other City employees.
