Thereafter, Matron Duty Pay will be <br />issued the first pay in July of each year for fihe remainder of the contrac#. <br />ARTICLE 4- UNIFORMS <br />Section 1, Police Secretaries within the Police Department shafl be required to wear uniforms <br />in accordance with the regulafions of the Police Department. Police Departmenfi Secretaries <br />shall be required to purchase the prescribed uniform. The City sha(I pay the following amount <br />as ciothing aliowance to such employees: <br />2001- Six hundred fifty dol(ars ($650.00) <br />2002- Six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) <br />2003- Six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) <br />The aforementioned clothing allowance shall be paid in the month of December each year of <br />this agreement. Empioyees transferred, promoted and/or newly hired shall receive the listed <br />clothing alfowance within thirty (30) days foliowing the effective date of the transfer, promotion <br />or hiring date, <br />ARTICLE 5- ACCUMULATED OVERTIME HOURS <br />Section 1: On January 15, April 15, July 15 arid October 15 of each year, each <br />member of the Police Department shall be paid for ail overtime hours accumulated in excess <br />of one hundred twenty (120) hours for the three (3) calendar month period immediately prior <br />to the above dates of January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15. Any payment as set forth <br />above shall be paid at the rate of pay app(icable to each empioyee according to his Police <br />Department ciassification, and payments shall include longevity earned. <br />ARTICLE 6 - COMMUNICABLE DlSEASES <br />6.1: The parties herefo agree thaf the duties of the employees of fhe Direision of <br />Police are such that said employees are exposed to disease as a result of their assigned <br />60
