GENERAL CONSTRUCTION The apparatus shall be designed with due consideration to distribution of load between the front and rear axles. Weiaht balance and distribution shall be in accordance with the recommendations of the National Fire Protection Association. VEIv'DOR'S OR SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE The vendor or supplier shall maintain such insurance as will protect him from claims under Worker's Compensation acts and other employee benefit acts for claims of damages due to bodily injury, includina death to him, employees and all others. The successful bidder shall, during the performance of the contract and for three (3) years following acceptance of the product, keep in force at least the following minimum Iimits of commercial general Iiabilit_y insurance: Products/Coinpleted Operations Aggreaate S2.000,000 Personal and Advertisina Injury ? $1,000,000 Each Occurrence S1,000,000 Coveraae shall be written on a Commercial General Liability forni. The policy shall be written on an occurrence foi7n and shall include Coiatractual Liability coveraQe. The policy shall include owner as an additional insured as their interest may appear. The required limits can be provided by one or more policies provided al1 other instu-ance requirements are met. Coverage shall be provided by a carrier(s) rated "Exceilent" by A.M.
