The sunvisors shall <br />be located above the windshield with one (1) mounted on each side of the cab. <br />Two (2) Electric windshield wipers with washer shall be provided that meet FMVSS and SAE <br />requirements. <br />The washer reservoir shall be able to be filled without raising the cab. <br />A certification letter from Dana, stating they approve of the wiper system shall be furnished <br />upon reguest. The wiper system was run through 3;000,000 cycles, and achieved certification <br />parameters. <br />The cab and crew cab floor areas shall be covered with PolydainpTM acoustical floor inat <br />consistinQ of a black pyramid rubber facing and closed cell foam decoupler. <br />The top surface of the material has a series of raised pyramid shapes evenly spaced, which <br />offer a superiar grip surface. Additionally, the inaterial has a.25" thicl: closed cell foam (no <br />water absorption) which offers a sound dampeninc, material for reducino sound levels. <br />CREW CAB WINDOVVS <br />On each side of the crew cab, a wil7dow with tinted glass shall be provided. <br />Windows shal; also be pi•ovided along the front of the raised roof section of the cab. Two (2) <br />windows in the slanted portion of the roof, each measuring 39.00" wide x 10.25" hi¢h. <br />The rear wall of the crew cab shall have two (2) windows, each being 8100" wide x 14.00" <br />hi ah. <br />FENDER CRO«'NS <br />Staiilless steel fender crowns shall be installed at cab wheel openings. <br />CAB LIFT <br />A hvdraulic cab lift system shall be provided consistinc, of an electric powered hydraulic ? <br />pump, dual lift cyiinders, and necessary hoses and valves. <br />An 8' remote control shall be provided for raising and lowering the cab. The remote contro: <br />shall be stored in the cab. The receptacle-for the remote control shall be located on the <br />- passenQer side of extended bumper extension. <br />Cab shall be locked down by a two (2)-point automatic spring loaded hook mechanism that <br />actuates after the cab has been lowered. <br />The hydraulic cylinders shall be equipped with a velocity fuse tnat protects the cab from <br />accidentally descending when the control is located in the tilt position. <br />A redundant mechanical stay arm shall automatically be engaged once the cab has been fully <br />I -- Page 20
