Specifications <br />frame members. <br />CAB INTERIOR <br />The cab dash fascias shall be a wrap-around design to provide easy access of controls and <br />shall be constructed out of high impact ABS plastic. <br />Tne officer side dash, engine tuilnel and upper door liners shall be padded and covered with <br />46 ounce leather grain vinyl resistant to oil, grease and mildew. <br />The headliner shall be installed in both forward and rear cab sections. Headliner inatenal <br />shall be vinyl. A sound barrier shall be part of its composition. Material shall be installed on <br />aluminum sheet and securely fastened to interior cab ceilina. <br />Forward portion of cab headliner shall provide easy access for servicing electrical w-iring or <br />for other maintenance needs without removing the entire unit. <br />CAB INTERIOR UPHOL5TERY <br />The cab interior upholstery shall be dark silver gray. <br />INTERIOR PAINT (Cab) <br />The cab interior metal surfaces shall be painted aray, vinyl texture paiiit. <br />CAB SEATING <br />A Seats Inc. *11 Magnum 100 "kizee-action" air-ride stv]e seat with high-back shall beprovided in the cab for tne driver. <br />The seat shall have 3.00" of height adjustment, in addition to the "knee-action" suspension. <br />The driver's seat shall be furnished with three (3)-point shoulder type seat belt. The seat belt <br />shall be furnished with automatic retractor. Extension shall be provided with the seat belt so <br />the male end can be easily grasped and the female end easily located while sittin- in a normal <br />position. <br />A Seats Incorporated 911 "scissors-action" air-ride style Concept SCBA seat shall be <br />provided in the cab for the officer. The SCBA cavity shall be adjustable front to rear in 0.50" <br />increments to accommodate different size SCBA bottles. <br />Moving the SCBA cavity shall be accomplislied by unbolting, relocating ai?d rebolting ii7 the <br />desired location. <br />The officer seat shall be funushed with three point shoulder type seat belts. The seat belts <br />shall be fumished with automatic retractors.
