Specifications outboard positions in crew cab. The SCBA cavity in each seat shall be adjustable front to rear in 0.50" increments to accommodate differeizt size SCBA bottles. Moving the SCBA cavity snall be accomplished by unbolting, relocating and reboltin? in the? desired location. y Seats shall be furnished with three point shoulder type seat belts. The seat belts shall be furnished with autornatic retractors. Extensions shall be provided with the seat belts so the male end can be easily grasped and the female end easily located while sitting in a normal position. SEATING (Forward Facing Crew Cab) Two (2) forward facing, Seats Incorporated 911 Concept SCBA, seats shall be provided in the center positions, against the cab rear wall. SEAT UPHOLSTERY All seat upholstery shall be 46 oz. leather grain dark silver gray vinyl resistant to oi1; gTease and mildew. The backrest bolsters on SCBA type seats and top outside edaes of bottom cushion slzall be Iined with Tuff-Tex material for Iong lasting durability. ? AIR BOTTLE HOLDERS All SCBA type seats in the cab shall have a Ziamatic, model KD-UH-6-SFCRS SCBA holder with a"knock-down" bracket and collision restraint holding strap inounted in each bacluest. The bracket shall be adjustable up and down by simply unbolting, relocating and reboltinE in desired position. v y SHOtiLDER HARNESS HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT All seating positions furnishedwith three (3)-point shoulder type seat belts, shall include a ten (lO) position height adjustment. This adjustment shall optimize the belts effectiveness and coinfort for the seated firefighter. The ten (10) positions are in increments of .75 for a total adjustinent travel of 7.50. CAB WARRANTY TIZe bidder shall furnish a ten (10) year cab wai-ranty. The warranty shall cover defects in design or workmanship in the cab tubular support and mounting supports and other cab structural components identified in the specifications.
