Specifications <br />The system shall have the following features: <br />- Systein voltage inonitoring <br />- Load Managing will not start for approximately 30 seconds after engine start up <br />- Five (5) minute cycle time, to prevent load activation and quick deactivation <br />- Automatic High Idle Activation, will activate before any electric loads are shed and <br />deactivate with the service brake. <br />- Sixteen available electronic Ioad shedding levels <br />- Priarity levels can be set for individual outputs <br />- Individual switch "on" indicator to flash when the. particular load has been shed <br />- Digital display shows svstem voltage <br />- Digital display includes a"Load Management" page indicating the followin?: <br />Load managed items Iist, with priority levels and itezn condition. ? <br />Individual load managed item condition: <br />(" _" = not shed, "S" = Shed or "O" = overridden ). <br />- indicator in the Indicator Li?ht Module, uldicates when the Load Manager is active. <br />SEQUENCER <br />A warning light sequencer shall be provided that automatically turns the einergenc_y lights on <br />and off in a preset sequence. <br />The sequencer shall be wired in conjunction with the emergency n2aster light sxitc}l. <br />When the switch is activated the lights shall be turned on in sequence one by one at 1i2 <br />second intervals thereby protectizlg the alternator from power surges. Sequenced light switch <br />LED's shall flash while waiting for activation. <br />When turned off the same process shall deactivate the warnin? lights in sequence to allow a <br />aradual decrease in alternator output, rather than dumping the load. <br />AMP DRAW REPORT <br />The bidder shall provide, at the time of bid and delivery, an itenzized pi-int out of the expected <br />amp draw of the entire vehicle's electrical system. <br />The manufacturer of the apparatus shall provide the following: <br />Bidder <br />Complies <br />Yes I No <br />Page. 32
