Specifications <br />Closing of the door shall not require releasing, unlocking, or unlatching any mechanism and <br />shall easilv be accoznplished with one hand. <br />DOOR(S) REAR COMPARTMEIV'T <br />All roll-up door(s) shall be af brushed anodized, double faced, aluminum coilstruction ai7d <br />manufactured by Dover. <br />Lath sections shall be a driven ball and socket design and shall be individuallv replaceable <br />without complete disassembly of door. y <br />Between each lath at the pivoting joint shall be a fitted flexible? seai for weather resistance. <br />Seals shall allow door to operate in extreme temperatures ranging from plus 212 to minus 40 <br />de2rees Falu-enheit. S_ynthetic rubber side, top and bottom seals shall be provided to resist <br />inaress of dirt and weather. <br />All hinges, barrel clips and end pieces shall be type-6 nylon. End pieces shall be riveted to <br />each lath. Nvlon shall withstand temperatures from plus 300 to minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit. <br />Hardened plastic shall not be acceptable. <br />A stainless steel lift bar shall be provided for opening door. Lift bar shall be located at the <br />bottom of door and have latches on the outer extrusion of the door frame. A ledge shall be <br />supplied over Iift bar for additional area to aid in closinIg the door. <br />Door(s) shall be constiucted from an aluminum box section with a wall thiclcness of .03937" <br />and a face depth of 1.30". Inside surfaces shall be smooth to prevent loose equipinent from <br />jamming on the inside. <br />To conserve space in compartment, the spring roller assembly shall not exceed 2.50" in <br />dianleter. A roll-up door which retracts below compartment ceiling (garage door style) shall <br />not acceptable. <br />The header fo: the roll-up door assembly shall not exceed 4.00". <br />A heavv-duty inagnetic switch shall be used for control of "open compartment door" wrarning <br />iights. - <br />PtiLL-OUT TRAY <br />There shall be four (4) slide-out trays with 2.00" sides and a minin7um capacity of 500 pounds <br />provided. Capacity rating shall be in the extended position. <br />Slides shall be General Device ball bearing type for ease of operation and years of dependable <br />service. <br />Automatic locks shall be provided for both the "in" and "out" positions.
