b) It is understood that Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will be available to participate in a pre-bid site meeting with interested contractors, if desired by the Owner. 4.) Constructiom Admanistration Phase a) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will schedule a preconstruction meeting with the Contractor andlor Owner representative and outline all phases of construction for the project. b) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc., as agreed to by the Owner, will arrange for periodic meetings to review worlc in pxogress or to resolve problems promptly as they occur. Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will at all times have access to the project site while construction is in progress. c) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will make at least 5 visits, during the period of active constniction, to the site to review the progress and qtxality of work carried out by the Contractor and to determine in general if the worlc is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents. If Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. becomes aware of any fault or defect, we will give prompt notice to the Owner,. followed by written documentation regarding such notice. d) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will assist the Owner in resolving a11 field, constniction, and engineering problems that occur during construction. e) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will be the interpreter of the requirements of the Construetion Documents and impartial judge of performance by the Contractor. Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will make recommendations on all claims of the Owner or Contractor relating to the execution and progress of the worlc. f) Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will review and approve shop drawings, samples, and other submissions of tlie Contractor for conformance wifh the design concept of the project, and for compliance with inform.ation given in the Construction Documents. g.) Serafin Go1F Course Design, Ine. will participate in the semifinal inspection when the contractor completes all phases of work, and will prepare a punch list of all corrective items, which must be addressed by the Contractor. Owner representative(s) will have input to the punch list. Serafin Golf Course Design, Ine, will conduct the fmal inspection after the Contractor has addressed all punch list items. If at this time any additional corrective items are found, or if any punch list items have been addressed unsatisfactorily, Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will notify the Contractor and Owner of such deficiencies.
