A final drawing of the golf course showing completed renovations will then be <br />submitted to the Owner. <br />i.) Upon satisfactory completion of the canstruction work and acceptance of the <br />project by the Owner, the final fee wi1T be paid to Serafin Golf Course Design, <br />Iric. <br />To facilitate the successful completion of tlie project, the Owner tivill be responsible for <br />the fotlowing: <br />¦ Aerial photographs and/or topographic maps (with 2 foot contour intervals) at a scale <br />of no greater than 1200' to develop accurate base maps. If it is our professional <br />opinion that these materials are essential to the successfizl completion of the project, it <br />will be the Oumers responsibility to cover the cost of providing such materials or to <br />cover the costs of obtaining them. - <br />¦ If available, Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will be provided with a complete set of <br />"as built" plans for the golf course. If the original plans are not available, theii the <br />Owner will provide whatever such materials aze available, including information on <br />eYisting utilities and easements. <br />¦ Serafin. Golf Course Design, Inc. will be assured of the necessary degree of access to <br />the golf course and will have the Owners approval to tallc with golf course staff <br />members or others about existing conditions and possible improvement options. <br />? If the Owner has retained other consultants, such as land planners, architects, <br />irrigation consultants or civil engineers, Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will expect <br />, the Owner to assu.re the necessary level of communication and coordination between <br />each consulting office. <br />¦ Any perrnits needed for the improvements of the golf course, including environmental <br />assessments (delineation's & permits). <br />¦ Tf necessary, the survey of golf course property lines. <br />¦ Plans for utility services, waste water treatment or lighting. <br />• Site plans, building plans, structural plans for items beyond the Scope of Services of <br />this Proposal. <br />Springvale Golf Course <br />Renovation Proposal <br />5
