Course Design, Inc. to step work on t12is project and to withhold all work products <br />not previously delivered. <br />b.) Tn the event the Project is terminated before the terms of this eontract are fixlfilled, <br />then Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. is entitled to hourly, or per diem <br />compensation, for the work or services they have provided up to and until the <br />receipt of a written notice of termination. Also, in the event the Project is <br />extended beyond the project schedule, as outlined above, then Serafin Golf <br />Course Design, Inc. is entitled to hourly ar per diem compensation, for the <br />extended work or services to complete the project, as agreed to by the Owner. <br />The rate af compensation will be based on the following: <br />Prafessional Service Iiourly Ra#e Per Diem <br />Golf Course Designer $100.00 $1,000.00 <br />Draftsperson $ 35.00 $ 350.00 <br />Secretarial / Clerieal $ 25.00 $ 250.00 <br />Landscape Architect $100.00 <br />CADD operator $55.00 <br />Time is calculated from the time that the consultant leaves the office until <br />he returns, including all travel tifne. <br />Outside sey-vice or consultant - actual billing plus 10%. <br />Expenses - as outlined above <br />1. Ownership o#' Documents <br />All Plans, Drawings and Specifications are and shall remain the property of Serafm <br />Golf Course Design, Inc. whether the project for wYuch they were made is executed or <br />not. <br />All Flans, Drawings and Specifications are not to be used, dupiicated, or altered for <br />use on this project, extensions to this projec#, or any other project without the written <br />permission of and the appropriate compensation to Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. <br />2. Adeertising and Promotion <br />Serafin Golf Course Design, Inc. will conduct a11 golf course design services. In all <br />advertising, public information, seorecards and promotional rnaterials xeferencing this <br />project, it is understood that Batry T. Serafin will be identified as Golf Course <br />Designer. <br />3. RepreSentative <br />The Owner will designate a representative who will have the authority to make all <br />decisions on behalf of the Owner in coruZection with the golf course design services <br />herein.
