Sua-veving Services• (a) Research and procure aIl appropriate records and pei-form all surveys to establish the harizantal and vertical control alignment for the proposed improvements. (b) Obtain ail pertinent information regarding the present conditions at the site wifih respect to existing installation or other conditions relevant to the design. (c) The benchmark shall be shown on the plans. 3. Preliamanarv Design Services: (a) Coordination of owner-supplied data, including Engineering Department and Golf Course Facility Manager requirerneuts. (b) Presentation to the City of preliminary layout plans, budget and schedule for review. 4. Drafting Services: (a) Prepare plan and detazl sheets at appropriate scales on 24" x 36" sheets. All survey points are to be included on the drawing. (b) All lettering on the plan and detail sheets is to be done with drafting standards acceptable to the City. Drawings sha11 include a title sheet, general notes, plan sheets, and detail sheets. (c) All plans will be reviewed by the City. Submit two (2) interim copies of the plans and specifications for review. 5. Detailed Design Docaaffient Services• (a) Preparation of design drawings and specifications for use in biddiiig ai1d con- struction. The specifications shall be incorporated into a project manual which shall also include the advertisement, instruction to bidders, general conditians, bid forms, bond requirements, prevailing wage rates, affidavits, aiid other misc- eilaneous forms required for a bidding document. Final plans an.d specifications shall incorporate all changes required in review of preliminary or intermediate plans. (b) All design drawings shall be done usiiig an electronic prograni which is com- patible with the AutoCAD O Version 12 program.
