RESIDENTIAL LEASE <br />This Lease made and entered into at North Olmsted, Ohio, this 30TH day ofMarch, <br />2001, by and between THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, 5200 Dover Center Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and PETER J. CANEPA and KRISTEN M. <br />CANEPA, of 27418 Butternut Ridge Road, North Olmsted, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Lessee"). <br />LEASE <br />Witnesseth: Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and the latter lets from the former, the <br />residential premises located at 27418 Butternut Ridge Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "the Property"), and described as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being <br />See Exhibit A <br />Permanent Parcel No. 232-11-007 <br />Item One. Term of Lease. The term of this Lease shall be for one (1) year, commencing <br />on the 30 day of MARCH2001, and ending on the 30 day of MARCx200 2. The parties agree <br />that this Lease shall not be renewed for any additional term. Lessee agrees that they shall <br />promptly surrender possession of the premises to Lessor immediately upon the end of the term of <br />this Lease. With the written consent of Lessor, Lessee may continue to reside upon the property <br />after the term of the Lease ends, but only as a month-to-month tenant, subject to all other terms <br />and conditions of this Lease. In the event that Lessee so continues as a month to month tenant, <br />Lessee agrees that they shall surrender possession of the premises to Lessor promptly upon <br />receiving thirty (30) days advance written notice of termination of the month-to-month tenancy <br />from Lessor. The parties further agree that Lessee may surrender possession of the Property to <br />Lessor, without penalty, at any time during term of this Lease, provided that they give Lessor at <br />least thirty (30) days advance written notice of the fact. Finally, Lessee expressly agrees that if <br />they refuse to surrender possession of the Property to Lessor when required to do so by this lease,
