(d) Mixed Use District D. In Mixed Use District D, the following uses shall be permitted. (1) Multiple dwellings. There shall be permitted only the multiple dwelling uses permitted in a Multiple Residence (Apartment) District subject to the same terms, provisions, conditions and limitations imposed upon such uses by Chapter t 1.37 with the exception that the height and story limitation imposed by Section 1137.05 be increased to thirty-six feet above grade level or three stories, whichever is lesser. (2) Elderly housing. Including uses permitted in a Senior Residence District subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations imposed upon such uses by Chapter 1138. (3) Cluster single family. Cluster developments as permitted and regulated by Chapter 1136. (4) Office building. Office Building District uses as permitted and regulated by Chapter 1141, with the exception that no office building shall exceed in height the lesser of three stories or thirty feet above grade. (5) Local retail. The following local retail uses for local or neighborhood needs shall be permitted, but only as an ancillary use to any of the uses set forth in subsections (d)(1) through (4) hereof. A.
