Page 2 <br />For use in preparing your technical and cost proposal, the four following enclosures have <br />been assembled for your use. The four enclosures have been prepared to allow for a rapid review <br />of the operation of the plant since July 1995 which as the first full month of operation of the <br />1995 improvements. The first enclosure is a photocopy of full size record drawings. The second <br />enclosure is a tabulated three ring binder. The third and fourth enclosures are self explanatory. <br />1. A copy of the following full size specific record drawing relating to the aeration <br />unit process: <br />l . l . 1970 WVVTP Improvements record drawings applicable to the size of the <br />four existing aeration tanks and the locations, configurations and sizes of <br />the aeration tank influent piping and return activated sludge piping; <br />1.2. 1983 WW'TP Improvements record drawings applicable to the size and <br />layout of the two existing mixing/flocculating tanks and the configuration <br />of the course bubble diffusers in the tanks; and <br />1.3. 1993 State Issue 2 WWTP Improvements Bid Package No. 2 record <br />drawings applicable to the aeration unit process and its current <br />instrumentation and controls (I&C). <br />2. A copy of the following specific information related to the existing performance <br />and design of the North Olmsted WWTP and its aeration unit process: <br />2.1. the Sanitaire fine bubble diffuser Operation and Maintenance (O&M) <br />information applicable to the four grid types and two diffuser types <br />installed in each aeration tank in 1995; <br />2.2. the November 10, 1996 and the November 28, 19961etters from David <br />Jenkins and Associates, Inc. which document mixed liquor biological <br />analysis; <br />2.3. the current updated Microsoft Exce1TM mass balance spreadsheet for the <br />North Olmsted WWTP; <br />2.4. the WWTP Monthly Mass Loadings Worksheet for the months of July <br />1995 through November 1996; <br />2.5. the monthly operating reports and support analytical data for the months of <br />July 1995 through November 1996; <br />2.6. a representative Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) Gravity Thickening Unit <br />Process daily balance sheet; <br />2.7. a December 27, 1996 memorandum regarding one set of data regazding the <br />loadings from the two thermal conditioning units; and <br />2.8. a copy of the September 26, 1995 NPDES Permit. <br />3. The City's April 1995 USEPA Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Awards <br />application which provides narrative and photographs of the current aeration unit <br />process and the existing I&C features <br />4.
