Vacation time is to be taken on <br />or after the employees anniversary date of hire fo!lowing year which it was earned without exception. <br />Emptoyee(s) shall first have completed tweive (12) months of full-time employment performing <br />bargaining unit work with the City prior to being eligible for any vacation. <br />Section 5. Ail reguiar full-time employees hired after .luiy 1, 1995 shail, after campiying with the <br />terms and conditions contained in this articie and having completed the years of service following <br />his anniversary date of hire, be eligible for vacation as follows: <br />Upon Compietion of: <br />1 through 4 years <br />5 through 9 years <br />10 through 14 years <br />15 through 19 years <br />20 years and over <br />Vacation Elipibili <br />2 weeks <br />3 weeks <br />4 weeks <br />5 wesks <br />6 weeks <br />Sectiori 2, 3, 4 above shall aiso appfy to regular fu!!-time employees hired after July 1, 1995. <br />ARTICL.E 22 - HOLIDAYS <br />Se ion 1.
