Said lawer percentage shall commence under this agreement at the time that it is agreed upon by another unit, and shall continue for the remaining years covered under this agreement. The City will provide a pretax program for the employees contribution to health insurance effective 1/1199. ARTlCLE 26 - JURY OR WITMESS PAY Section 1. An employee called for jury duty shall be granted a feave of absence for the period of jury service and will be compensated at fu!l pay for absences necessarily caused by the jury duty. An employee who is required to be absent from scheduled work to serve as a witness on a City re(ated issue wiil be paid for time lost from scheduied straight time work. An employee who is called as a witrtess due to his part-time employment in the area of public law enforcement with the city of North Olmsted shaA receive his regular rate of pay from the City.
