JOB CLASSlFtCATlON <br />SENIOR BUILDING <br />MAINTENANCE <br />?' . <br />RESPONSIBLE TO D{VISION FOREMAN <br />CHARACTERIST(C DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFICATION: <br />Employees within this job classification must be familiar with basic buiiding <br />nomenclature, including but not (imited to, structural, eiectricai, heating, air <br />conditioning and ventilation systems, due to work experience and/or educational <br />training. Duties also include cleaning of floors, windows, normal housekeeping <br />activities and yard work. <br />• Employees within the job classification of Senior Building Maintenance must have <br />the ability to select and skillfully use the proper tools with accuracy and precision <br />under the directian and general supervision of the Division Foreman. <br />? Employees within this job classification shall be responsible for the genera( <br />supervision for the work assigned to employees within the classification af <br />Building Maintenance; and the review of the work for adequacy of results, <br />including but not limited to physical appearance, cleanliness of buildings and the <br />mechanical operations ofi the buildings. <br />• Employees within the job ciassification of Senior Building Maintenance will be <br />given detailed assistance by the Division Foreman on comp(ex work assignments <br />as required. <br />• Employees within the job cfassification of Senior Building Maintenance shall <br />perform routine work with self initiative, and independent of close supervision. <br />• Work performed by employees within the job classificatian of Senior Buifding <br />Maintenance will be reviewed for proper performance and adequacy of results. <br />• Employees within the job classification Senior Building Maintenance, shalf <br />perform other duties as assigned, within the general character and scope of the <br />job duties described above. <br />• Employees shall be required to maintain a valid commercial drivers license at all <br />times. <br />EXHIBIT B - 5 <br />58 <br />
