JOB CLASSIFICATlON BUILDING <br />MAINTENANCE <br />RESPONSIBLE TO <br />DIVISION FOREMAN <br />CHARACTERISTiC DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFiCAT10N: <br />Emplayees within this job classification are responsibie for maintaining the physical <br />facifities and appearance of the buildings to which they are assigned. <br />• Empfoyees within the job classification Building Maintenance, sha(t perform <br />normal housekeeping duties such as cleaning floors, windows, yard work, minor <br />repairs to electrical systems, plumbing, and heating systems within the <br />capabilities of the employee. <br />• Employees within the jab classification Building Maintenance shall be assigned to <br />maintain ane or more buildings with only general supervision, and the employee <br />shall be responsibfe for the physical appearance, cleanliness and mechanical <br />operation of the building(s). <br />• Work performed by employees within the job classification Building Maintenance <br />will be reviewed for proper perfarmance and adequacy of results. <br />• Employees within the job classification Building Maintenance, shall perform other <br />duties as assigned, within the general character and scope of the job duties <br />described above <br />• Employees shall be required to maintain a va(id commercia( drivers (icense at all <br />times. <br /> <br />EXHtBiT B - 6 <br />59 <br />
